Hi There, I know most of the people are looking to get the Black Ops problem while they are playing. I am also getting some problem and looking for something to work with the same and got some tweaks that can help you with the same. If you are interested in doing some changes then go with the below given suggestion which will help you with the same.

But before performing the tweaks it is better to take the back up of File first.
To take the back yu have to go to the default location of the file which is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\players\config_mp.cfg"
