How to use Windows 7 Recovery Environment Command Prompt

Given the experiences of each other, facing a situation in which the system becomes unstable or crashes during the session is far from uncommon in windows 7. First of all try to restart the computer if it does not , you may be right, then a blue screen stop error indicates a fatal black screen "Windows Error Recovery", or a normal reboot with or without displaying an error message like " The system has recovered from a serious error ".

Alternatively two or three simple solutions are applicable. You can use the Advanced Boot Options [F5, F8 or other activated at boot time] to try to get back on the last valid configuration / Known Good , a system restore to a date earlier provided of course a point of reference is available, or to repair system files. The feature "Last Good Configuration / Known Good" may be used only if the first computer able to display the Advanced Options menu, or possibly the Windows Error Recovery window.

But we should be careful enough, since it will be unable to correct problems caused by drivers or system files missing or damaged. It only uses the information recorded during the shutdown at the end of last session to restore the state registry settings and drivers. However the changes since the last successful startup are lost.

When we can not get directly to a system restore point, but there is a chance to start a command prompt in safe mode, for example use it. For this purpose, start the computer again and press F8 at startup, then from the menu that appears select an item: restart your computer in Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

The Restore Tool Windows 7 , Vista and XP is very useful if you want to return to a previous save point when you have problems with your operating system . But if sometimes it refuses to start, the system is inaccessible and when even the safe mode fails, there is only one option before embarking on procedures for repairing windows advanced: trying to start restoring with the command prompt safe mode and function rstrui.exe .
