There are GUI based tools to service the WebUI, without the browser. It then looks almost like a local from utorrent and can manage an unlimited number of servers with webui. And one of the best tool is the uRemote, I use this tool and I am completely satisfied with this.

Right, you can not have it all. If it's about your torrents Labeling goes to sort / filter so you can make up but in the text box "Filter by label" entries. A better GUI uremote as I've not found any case. There still are other GUI presented based remote tools, if you need you can even try them. Otherwise, you still remain the Windows Remote Desktop.
