F.lux is a free program you can download from here. It makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day.
It's even possible that you're staying up too late because of your computer. You could use f.lux because it makes you sleep better, or you could just use it just because it makes your computer look better. Its installation is pretty simple. Here it is:
- Download and save the F.lux file anywhere on your hard drive.
- Once the download is complete, click the Run button.
- Confirm the execution of the software.
- In the installation wizard that appears, click the button I Agree.
- The software files are copied to your computer and F.lux is automatically executed. Its icon is housed in the notification area to the left of the clock.
