Below is the step by step process for the same:

• On a PC that has an Internet connection, just download the latest virus definitions and spyware Microsoft Security Essentials, using the following links:
  
  
  • Mpama fe.exe- to 32-bit versions of Windows.
  • Mpama-fex64.exe for 64-bit versions of Windows.
  
  
  
  
• Copy the file on a USB drive and plug it into the computer on which you want to update Microsoft Security Essentials. Then run the file.
  
  
  
• Once the file copy is complete, your antivirus will be updated!
