How to configure a POP for Yahoo?
You need two things: enable POP access from the Web interface of Yahoo! and configure a POP account in SeaMonkey.
To enable POP access from the Web interface of Yahoo!, She logs on to your account and go to Mail Options, POP Access and re-shipping. Brand hence the choice "Web and POP Access" and, if desired, configure additional options associated. While you're there, you'll see a link titled "View POP settings" and open a separate tab. Do not forget to save the changes to webmail settings.

- Name Server (page 3 of the wizard): Incoming mail (POP3) in the POP settings of Yahoo!.
- Incoming User Name (page 4 of the wizard): Account name / user in the POP settings for Yahoo, without the @ yahoo ....
Once created the account, you must go to configure the SMTP server specific Yahoo! (we assume you already have an SMTP server). To create additional SMTP server:
- Log in to Edit → Mail Account Settings and news ...
- Select Outgoing Server (SMTP) from the list on the left.
- In the right pane choose Add ...
- Choose a description, and in the Server field enter the value of the outgoing mail server (SMTP) in the POP settings of Yahoo!.
- Check "Use name and password".
If you want to use SSL, go to the Yahoo Mail with insurance.
Confirm the data and close the Mail Account Manager.
