Tips to repair outlook file using ms utilities

I think my Outlook email files are corrupted because when I start the Outlook the programs are loading very slowly. It shows me some kind of error messages and sometimes it behaves in an abrupt manner. This usually happens when I carry out the operations like moving and deleting my email messages. I have heard that Microsoft provides tools for repairing the “.pst” files. So I need the tips on that how to use the MS utilities for repairing the Outlook files.

For using the MS utility in order to repair the Outlook files you have to follow the simple steps mentioned below.
    1. First you have to locate the “About the Inbox repair tool”
    2. You can do this by using the help menu provided with the MS outlook.
    3. Now you have to just enter the keyword “repair”.
    4. Now you can see a list from where you have to select the “About the Inbox repair tool”.
    5. After locating the repair tool you have to just browse the “.pst” for repair.
    6. After that you have to click on the start button and you will see the progress bar and the related information.
