Mac OS X Troubleshooting Keyboard Shortcuts

Everyone frequent computer users work with Keyboard shortcuts to work fast and to save the time. After some workaround i made a list of Keyboard shortcuts that can help such users in fixing, troubleshooting and resolving problems of MAC OS X right from the keyboard with the combination of few keys.. Here are those:-

    Quit an application: Apple-Q
The keys "Apple (also called" Order ") + Q" selected simultaneously can close the current application. This shortcut is to select "Quit" in the "File" menu.

Planted force an application to quit: Command-Option-Esc
If an application does not work, you can force it to quit using the key combination "Command + Alt + Esc. It is then necessary to restart your Mac by selecting Restart from the Special menu.

In case of blockage of Mac: Apple-Ctrl-Button Alim
If your Mac is blocked, you can force it to restart using the combination "Ctrl + Apple + start button.

    Zapping the PRAM: Apple + Alt + P + R
When your Mac crashes at startup, or start without a mouse, or type errors "11 ...", it is necessary to zap the PRAM by pressing simultaneously the keys" Apple "," Alt "(also called" Alts ")" P "and" R ". Hold these keys down early in the boot of your Mac and count the "BOING" issued by the Mac. Once you've heard three "BOING" let go of all keys. You can leave the keys "Apple" and "Alt" key to rebuild the desktop immediately after starting.

    Start with extensions: Shift
If your Mac freezes in the startup phase or if you can boot your Mac in unplugging a device, it is likely that extension conflict hinders the smooth operation of your computer. In this case, it is necessary to restart your Mac without extensions. For this, during the startup press "Shift" (Shift or temporary). You'll find that you start your Mac is faster.

This manipulation will disable all extensions installed on your Mac when it is placed in service. You will then be enough to revive gradually to find the extension responsible for the malfunction of your Mac at startup. (Especially applicable to Mac OS 8 or 9)

Forcing the boot on the CD ROM (which contains a system): C
(from the start, keep the button pressed) If when you start your Mac you see a "?" flashing or if you want to restore the software on your Mac, it is necessary to boot your computer to a CD Rom containing a file system (the installation CD or restore, or upgrade to OS). For this, during the startup press "C". In screen should show your normal desktop and your CD Rom.
