How to access internet through reliance GSM?

I have bought new Nokia E71 mobile phone. I am using Reliance GSM SIM card for the communication purpose. Now want to use internet on through my mobile phone. For that I have contact the reliance customer service, they replied that I have to send text message to 55100. I have done so but I am unable to connect internet. Is there any way to connect to internet through my Nokia mobile phone? I will be waiting for any related reply.

If you want to access the internet through your reliance Global System Mobile Communication (GSM) SIM, and you cannot access it. Then you have to follow the steps which I have mentioned below.
Step1: Set your APN to rcomnet
Step2: Login Request Required to OFF
Step3: Authentication to PAP
Step4: Data Compression to OFF
Step5: Header Compression to OFF
Step6: Settings Name to Reliance NetConnect
Step7: Home Page to http://google.com
Step8: Proxy to Yes
Step9: User Name and Password to Your 10 digit MDN example (9032421112)
Step10: Leave blank for the following options
Proxy Server Address, Port, Full Address in case of windows phone.

Thank for your reply I have changed the setting of mobile phone to the setting which you have mentioned. Now I am able to connect to internet through my mobile phone. The thing which I want to know that why Proxy Server Address, Port, Full Address in case of windows phone is left blank. Is there any technical problem related to it. If you will be able to reply this that will be ok, but first I want to know how to access Reliance WAP on my mobile phone.

For accessing Reliance WAP on your mobile phone you have to do the following settings.
Set your APN to rcomwap , Set your Login Request Required to off, Set your Authentication : PAP, Set your Data Compression : off, Set your to Header Compression : off, Set your Settings Name: Mobile World, Set your Home Page / WAP Page: http://wap.rworld.co.in, Set your Proxy: Yes, Set your Proxy, Set your Server Address : 010.239.221.005, Set your Port : 8080, Set yourFull Address in case of Windows Phone : 010.239.221.005:8080, Set your User Name, Pass word to blank.
