HP laptop speaker problem

hi,

i have a hp laptop which has has inbuilt speakers..but those speakers don't work ...however when i plug in my headphones in the headphones jack i can hear the sound....
Can anyone please suggest a solution so that the laptop
speakers and can be turned on?...

There may be 4 types of problum
1.speeker may be damged or malfunction
2.any loose contact in speeker connections Jacks
3.head phone socket problum.
4.on boards chips thats increase (amplify) sound malfunction

so all problums r inside the laptop.u cant do any thing.u just contact service
centre to solve this problum.

I've also a HP laptop equipped with a headset. Swapping from the headset to speakers requires modifying into the Control Panel, the sound devices activated by default & also possibly restart the laptop. Hope it helps & good luck!

I think that you are getting this problem as your speakers are not working properly. So, first check your speakers from the technical person. It may be possible that your Laptop speakers are having problem in output and due to which you are getting this problem. So, try to repair that from the Technician and it will solve your problem.
