Hi, I am using Sony vaio laptop since from last two years and the system is installed with windows vista operating system. But I become very fed up with windows vista and I swapped it with a new windows 7. And its has very good graphical interface and very fast then windows vista. But I want know some tips for the new windows 7. Can any one help me to find new tip for windows 7. thanx in advance.

You can disable a explorer search suggestion history while type in search box.
First click the Start orb.
And then type in search box regedit and press Enter.
Then click to open HKEY_CURRENT_USER
And then click on Software then open Policies
And then click on Microsoft
Now click on Windows then Explorer
Then Right-click on the Explorer window and select New then go to DWORD value.
Provide it a name of DisableSearchBoxSuggestions with a value of 1.
Close the Registry Editor window. Now when your search history in Windows Explorer will not be saved or displayed.

Compressed file option disappear from send menu
Press and hold the Windows Key and also press R or go to Start and then Run.
Type this in the field regsvr32 %windir%/system32/zipfldr.dll
And then Click OK.
Now look that if the Compress Folder option is becomes appear. If not then you have to follow these steps.
Open Notepad.
Then Click on File and select Save As…
Provide name to the file Compressed (zipped) Folder.ZFSendToTarget and Save it.

If windows 7 in not working proper then you can create bootable recovery disc.
Click on the Start button.
Type Backup in search box.
Click on the Backup and Restore.
And then click on Create a system recovery disc.
Now select your DVD drive.
Insert a blank disc into your disc drive and click Create disc
Once the cd is created, then you can test disc by boot your system with it.
Set your system boot setting to boot from cd to first.

To clear print queue.
First Click on Start.
And type Command.
And then Right-click on the Command Prompt
And then select Run as administrator.
Now type net stop spooler and press Enter.
And then type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q and press Enter.
And type net start spooler
And then press Enter.
Now print queue is cleared from your system .
And type exit and then press enter to close command window

Click on the Start button and then type regedit and Press Enter.
Now click on Continue if privided the UAC prompt.
Then click on the plus sign and next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
And then go to Control Panel
Now Right-click on the folder that displays Desktop
And then select New go to DWORD 32-bit value.
give a name to the new value FeedbackToolEnabled and set it’s value to 0.
