How to make a picture file smaller

Hi,
I have some pictures in large size - 2-3 MB. I want to attach these pictures in my email. I cannot attach more than one at a time. Is there any way to reduce the size of the pictures in KBs? So i can attach more at one go. Anyone?

Any help will be appreciated.

You can try to save it in different format. OR you can simply use MS paint to resize the image. Just follow the steps below:

• Open your picture file in ms paint
• Click SKETCH / SKEW
• Change the Horizontal and Vertical from 100 to 50 %
• Click OK
• Then click File -> Save As

I recommend Microsoft Office Picture Manager..
Open picture using this application then
Go edit picture option then compress size
Easy way to compress for e-mail ...

Open it with Paint and save again, it will decrease file capacity.

When you have Photoshop or the Microsoft picture manager or something similar you can even resize the pics to exact sizes.
But im sure you figured it out already!
