How to remove all red underlines at a time in MS word?

    Hello,
I am using MS office 2003. When i type some words which are grammatically correct but not in MS word dictionary. They are red underlined and look very dirty. How can i all red underlines at a time?

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

If you are having problem with some word you can add or remove words from Microsoft word main spelling dictionary. It is easy in word 2007 as compared to word 2003. I suggest you to upgrade MS office to 2007. You can find info on how to remove or add word in ms word here.

You can use PDF files with Adobe Acrobat writer for the documents you make as it is more convenient than MS word. You can use software like Spellex, WhiteSmoke, etc.

It is very simple to remove all the red underlines i.e. spelling mistakes at a time. Just follow these steps to do so:
    • Press F7 which will bring Spelling and Grammar tool
    • Click "Ignore all" to remove all underlines
