Try this:
- In your excel sheet, add photo tool
- Select the columns and rows
- Take the picture of it using photo tool
- You can paste that picture in PDF file
Install the microsoft office 2007. In MS office 2007, there are add-in which allows you to export and save to the PDF format in eight 2007 Microsoft Office programs. It also allows you to send files as e-mail attachments in the PDF format in a subset of these programs.
First of all Set up the Adobe PDF printer as the default printer. Go to Start > Settings > Printers and Faxes and right-click Adobe PDF, and then choose 'Set As Default'. Follow the steps given below to save your excel document as PDF file:
- Open the excel document
- Click on File menu
- Then select Print
- Select Printer "Virtual PDF Printer"
- click the "Property" button on the right
- Click "OK"
- Set the folder and file name of the PDF document
