How to disable menu bar in windows 7

hi,
I accidently turned on my menu bar of windows explorer in windows 7 and i have no idea how to disable it. Does any one know how to disable menu bar of windows explorer,Any recommendations and suggestions are appreciated.

1. Through the Organize Button Menu -
A) Open a Windows Explorer Window.
B) Click on the Organize button and Layout.
C) To Turn On the Menu Bar - Click on Menu Bar to check it.
D) To Turn Off the Menu Bar - Click on Menu Bar to uncheck it.

1. Open My Computer and goto "Organize -> Folder and Search Options".

2. Now enable "Show preview and filters" option.

3. Apply it and your problem will be solved.
