Havent you tried the factory codes that are given at the start of this topic, if it isnt working then your china mobile phone isnt supported, for more codes check below:

You need to check from the mobile phone's manual whether it supports 3rd party applications and games or not. Since, it wont run any of the java, nes or mrp files, I assume you will have to be happy playing with the inbuilt apps and game of the phone, as there are not much support for .apk files or symbian sis files for it which are mostly supported in the branded nokia or android phones.

here are the instructions --
first go to main menu then select services open it
then select Data Account
here you will find two options . Select GPRS open it
then edit any existing account.
Edit here by instructions ---
Account Name - VODAFONE LIVE
APN - Portalnmms
User name - left it blank
Password - left it blank
Auth. type - select Normal
now save the changes.

Now go back to main menu and select services
then select WAP open it.
Now select Settings . open it .
then select the vodafone sim.
Now select Edit profile
now select the sim and edit the profile named Vodafone Live [which we had created before].
Now edit these followings to the profile ----
Homepage - http://live.vodafone.in
Data account - VODAFONE LIVE
Connection type - select WAP.
now you will be asked to input the ip address
here is the ip address - 010.010.001.100
User name - left it blank
Password - left it blank
now save all changes and activate the profile .
Now switch off your handset for 5 minutes.
Now switch on your handset.
Now open main menu ....
select services. open it.
select WAP. open it. .......
Now select Homepage.open it and wait for a while.
Now enjoy the internet in your mobile

And then you have to send a sms writing "ZERO" to 111. and after that you have to sms "VL" to 52586...... now you can enjoy the internet in your handset. ] .......... Phone 4GS Flight mode error,
i cant do anything, just allways flight mode*
if i tap on the game icon, pops up flight mode,
if im trying to make a call, pops up flight mode...
and in settings, it shows me dual mode, not on flight mode...
when i make a restart or reset, it starts allways in flight mode,
i get sms from my service offerer to save new settings (mms,gprs)
but it just ****s me up! ill throw it througt window if there is no solution
model is f7
spec: dual and dual
standby,wifi,tv,bluethooth

Looking through the thread, I didn't see the codes for an H4000. Box says HDC H4000. Any help would be appreciated.

I think that there is something wrong with the proprietary software of the phone and since it is a chine phone i don't think that you will be able to reinstall the software by trying out a workaround, you should better visit the service center for the same and check out what they have to say about the same.
