As in the picture if the checkmark is to be seen above, you click afterwards on the blue arrow, in order to continue.

    5. Selects now between the following options and sets a hook, if you need these. The option for UNLOCK is selectable only with iPhone 2G. I recommend to likewise set the checkmarks with Cydia and the Installer. Clicks, if it finished since, further.

    6. QuickPwn 2.2.5-2 shows now a window, in which different instructions. These must obey you in sequence.
Into the Recovery mode you arrive, by switching off the iPhone and afterwards with turning Power+Home on at the same time 10 seconds long pressing, then oh the power key releasing and so for a long time further presses the Home key, until mobile phone is in the Recovery mode. The remaining instructions should be easy to understand.

There should be problems with the English language, I made a translation of the instructions here (likewise in sequence):
    • Waits, until your iPhone in the Recovery mode is connected
    • Pressures the Home key for x (*) seconds
    • Pressures at the same time the Home and power key for x (*) seconds
    • Release the power key and to hold Home for x (*) seconds
    • Waits, until the iPhone for jailbreak (& UNLOCK) is ready
