Synchronize Outlook Calendar with Google Calendar

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar to manage your meetings and appointments. With the free software from Google Calendar Sync, you can easily synchronize them and get your appointments in Outlook Google and vice versa.

1. Download Google Calendar Sync.
   
   
2. Install it.
   
   
3. Enter the username and password of your Google account.
   
   
   
4. By default, synchronization works both ways. This means that appointments on Google Calendar are recovered in Oulook and conversely (2-way).
   
   
5. If you prefer, you can only retrieve appointments in Google Calendar Oultlook (1 way: Google Calendar to Microsoft Outlook calendar).
   
   
6. You can only retrieve appointments from Outlook to Google Calendar. (1-way: Microsoft Outlook calendar to Google Calendar).
   
   
7. The software is run at startup substantive and will run in the background. Synchronization will be every 2 hours. Change this value if necessary by reducing it to update more often your appointment: 60 minutes for example.
   
   
8. Finally, click on the Save button.
   
   
9. Your calendars are automatically synchronized.

To access the Google Calendar Sync Settings window, just right-click the calendar icon in your Windows System Tray and select Options.When your events are actively syncing between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you'll see arrows in the Google Calendar Sync icon When events aren't actively syncing, your calendar icon will look like this:

You'll also be able to set the time interval for syncing to occur. Please keep in mind that 10 minutes is the minimum time interval allowed. After the initial set-up, you can access the Google Calendar Sync Settings window again by double-clicking the calendar icon in your Windows System Tray.
