Exporting your GrandCentral Address book

If you used GrandCentral before, you can export your contacts to a CSV file, so you can later import this file into Google Voice.

To export your GrandCentral contacts:
  1. Sign in to GrandCentral, even after you've migrated your GrandCentral number to Google Voice.
  2. Click the Address Book tab in your GrandCentral account and click Export.
  3. Click the CSV File button.
  4. Save the file to your desktop, so you can later import it into Google Voice.

Please note: some of your GrandCentral settings, like your customized greetings, phone settings, and group settings, won't be imported.
