Backup Microsoft Outlook Contacts to Microsoft Excel File

Microsoft's Outlook is a regular application udes by many of us everyday which is preinstalled in Microsoft Office 2000, 2002, 2008 and Microsoft Exchange Server. Microsoft Outlook also provides feature such as complete email managing system with the help of which you can access email, calendar, and can do contact management. Microsoft Outlook also helps you to filter and arrange email messages, compose and manage email through multiple email accounts, as well as personal and group calendars, contacts, folders, and tasks present in this application.

With the help of Import and Export feature in Microsoft Outlook, you are also able to create the entire backup of Microsoft outlook contacts and details. It's but obvious that without backup, there are chances that you lose your email accounts details and data any time due to unavoidable reasons such as virus, power failure and hard disk problem or system failure.
