    Hi Sir,,
I am sorry to say that there's no way of recovering that password either than you but i can help you to delete Content Advisor password. Please follow these steps to do so:-

    1. Launch RegEdit.
    2. Navigate to the following location:
    3. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings]
    4. Delete the REG_BINARY Value Key.
    5. Close Regedit.
    6. Launch Internet Explorer.
    7. Select Tools > Internet Options... from the menu bar.
    8. Click the Content tab.
    9. Click the Disable... button.
    10. When prompted for a password, Click the OK button.

The Content Advisor is now disabled.

You can enable it again as soon as you decide on a new password.

I think you should try this,
I'll summarize what is involved in this procedure. It involves deleting a file in the \Windows\System directory and using the registry editor to remove a value from the registry. Please note that deleting the file and not removing this value from the registry will render your Internet Explorer Web Browser completely inoperable; it will "cancel navigation" and inform you that the ratings have been tampered with. Registry editing requires an element of caution, back up the registry before you edit it. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, then contact Microsoft Technical Support for an alternative method (if one exists) or have somebody who is experienced with registry editing assist you.

Open the registry editor and browse to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ MICROSOFT \ WINDOWS \ CURRENTVERSION \ POLICIES \ RATINGS

Click on the Key (folder) named Ratings in the left pane of Regedit. In the right pane, you will see a binary value named key that has a hexadecimal string that represents the content advisor password in encrypted form. Right-click on this value and choose Delete. Exit the registry editor.

Now you need to open Windows Explorer and delete the file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RATINGS.POL.

Once the registry value and the file have been removed, reboot your computer. Now, if you open Internet Explorer and go to Tools/Internet Options and click the Content Advisor tab, you'll see that the Settings button is now grayed out and the Enable button is visible.

Don't worry sir, its not much problem. you just need to go through some simple steps, here they are:-
    1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings

    2. Select the icon called Key in the right-hand pane and press delete.

    3. Close Regedit.

    4. You can now start Internet Explorer and goto Tools, Internet Options....

    5. Select the Content tab, and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything, just click on OK. This will disable Content Advisor, since there's no longer a password.

    OR

Theres one software named "SpotAuditor". This also works for this task you can use this if u wish.

If you have forgotten the Content Advisor password, you can delete it by browsing to this folder in Regedit (remember to backup your registry first):

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Ratings

Select the icon called Key in the right-hand pane and press delete. Close Regedit.

You can now start Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options.... Select the Content tab, and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything, just click on OK. This will disable Content Advisor, since there's no longer a password. You can enable it again as soon as you think up a more memorable password
