2 Error Signs at Startup

Can I get some help please? For no reason I have started getting in a “Blue Windows Error Box”; Titled
CP_Main
No Error Message Available
So I close that to get rid of it and I have another that says:
CP_Main
Error Opening Data Base.

I have MS WinXP3 Intel Pent 4 CPU 2.80GHz, 512Ram with Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller’ connected to Internode ADSL B/Band.
All else seems to be okay’ though my computer is very slow to boot up but I guess that’s cause I have so many Icons on my Desktop?

I think your dll file is missing or corrupt.

this error mainly occurs due to corrupted registery
