The simplest solution: create an animated GIF

An animated GIF format is a very simple animation. You need a small animation software to create your screen in GIF format.

Example software: Ulead GIF Animator

Ulead GIF Animator allows you to combine animation, images, sounds, text and videos. Free software very successful and simple to use.

Composition of the interface:
  • Main menu at the top
  • Tools left
  • Imported and created right ( "Objects")
  • Screens animation at the bottom ( "Frames")


Step 1: Create a new project

With the menu "File / New", you must determine the format of your creation.
For a screen, this will depend on your screen resolution and the size of the animation. Do not hesitate to make tests.
The screen resolutions most common today (in pixels) are: 1024 * 768 and 1280 * 800 * 1280 and 1024.

Step 2: importing and add items

Examples:
  • To add an image: "File / Add image"
  • To add text and format: very simple via the Toolbox: by activating the "T".


Step 3: manipulate each element

Each element (called "Object") of each screen is independent (right of the screen) and tools can then modify each (zoom, move, etc.)..

you must be positioned correctly on the layer of the element to be sure to act on the desired item

Step 4: manipulate the animation frames

At the bottom of the screen, you can see your "frames" or each screen of the animation. You can create, duplicate, add, edit, remove each frame. To adjust the speed web with the "Frame Properties."

Step 5: Preview animation

The tab "Preview" or the "Play" to preview the animation.

Step 6: Install your creation on your desktop

2 possibilities:

  • The export directly to your desktop
  • The record on your hard disk and then install it


In your case, do simply: "File / Save as" then select "GIF File"

Note:

  • Registration is by default ". Uga", the format of the software.
  • The recording formats are many. If you want another recording format: "File / Export or File / Save as."


Install the screen

You turn on the desktop and right click, select "Properties" and "Office" and "Browse" and then load the file is on your PC.
