Reducing the size of the files in Word

Hi,

According to become changes in a Word file, they also are stored, occupying space, and being susceptible to see changes by people who should not see them (you may not want to record the changes).

To prevent, reduce and eliminate the space track of the changes, in a somewhat artificial, it is advisable to copy the entire contents of the file to a new document and save this under another name.

To copy pictures or images, quickly without using the commands to copy and paste into your word ... just select the image and then press ctrl and drag it where you want the picture to make a copy.

To increase the speed of Word if it is slow

Sometimes Word becomes sluggish, after taking a while to work with him. In reality this is not a trick, but a series of tips to prevent this from happening:

1 .- Lighten the overhead of graphics: To the extent possible links with graphics instead of pasting, and prefer the format of the image bitmap.

2 .- Save your documents often: Remember that Word uses memory to store the last 100 movements.

3 .- Use the least possible method of displaying "Page Layout", in favor of the method "Normal".

4 .- Turn off the options Check spelling as you type and Check grammar as you type (moving into Tools / Options in the Spelling and Grammar tab).

Some use full tips :

1. Quick access to the menu page Set

When working in the printing and design so we want to modify the configuration page simply double-clicking on any of the gray areas of the rules (horizontal or vertical) to activate the Page Setup menu.

2. Add a blank line before a table
Sometimes we start to make a table at the beginning of the document, then we need a blank line. This becomes complicated because the cursor is placed in the first cell.

To achieve enough in the first place in the cell and activate Split Table Table menu.

3. Wrap text to the cell
Sometimes we like to adjust the text size to the width of the cell to take a single line. We can do it if we activate the checkbox that appears Properties of table, Label Cell, Options, and there appears Reduce text box accordingly.
