Which online eCommerce CMS is easy to use

I am looking to find a solution for the best eCommerce tool. I need a free one not paid. I have a client requirement who want to start his virtual shop of selling shoes. He already has a store on ebay. But now he wants a full site with proper data on the same. I had seen a few on web I am unable to find a good one. Many of them are free on start but when I clicked on the site they are asking for a monthly price. I want a tool which is easy to configure. It should have all online shop features with simple management so that anyone can update product on the same.
