Reinstalling Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 Preview about 10 days ago. Everything was working good but since past three days i am facing several problems with the new IE 11. It freezes, crashes, looses internet connection, etc every now and then. But rest of the system is working good. I think re-installing Internet explorer itself will fix the problem. I tried searching it in the installed programs but it wont appear. Can anyone here please tell me how can we re-install the browser? Also please suggest if there is any alternate solution for the same.

No matter which Windows version you are using or whichever IE version it is, there is no way to uninstall or reinstall Internet Explorer because it is the built-in Windows Component. However if you are having any problem you can simply turn it of or on from control panel.

You can do it from Windows Control Panel. Here is how to do the same:
Open Control Panel and click “Turn Windows features on or off”
Place the checkmark next to Internet Explorer 11.
Restart the computer and check if you have Internet Explorer 11.
