How to disable login state in Chrome Browser?

How to disable this "Restore" feature in Chrome Browser?
if power cuts when i am in login state then ,again i am switch on chrome then also it still showing in login state.
how to stop this login state in chrome even after the power cut?
is there any option for chrome so even after power cut or sudden crash not to stay in login state?

for firefox there is option "never to remember history".

You will have to see to it that Google Accounts for you for the option called "Stay signed in" is enabled. You can go to the Google Accounts homepage and then verify if the checkbox above the "Sign In" button is selected. If it is selected then delete chrome browsers cookies and after that whenever you sign in to your Google Account, ensure the "Stay signed in" option is not selected.

Are you talking about chrome's login or any website login which were open in chrome?

If it is about chrome, than its a google ID that keeps your browser synchronize so that where you open chrome and login, it will sync your entire browser data including history, passwords and bookmarks. If you want to disconnect this, go to chrome's settings and do it. See this screenshot below:
