accidentally used different email id for registration

i unfortnately type some other email id for registration form purpose
what will happen to me?

No problem, there is no need to panic even if you used different email id on a registration form. Where exactly were you trying to register yourself. Simply go to their "contact us" page and let them know that you registered your account with some other email address by mistake and they will remove/delete that email address and you will be able to register with your proper email address again.
