    Well, in the faq of mediafire it is written that files uploaded by the MediaPro subscribers will be stored forever as long as their account is active. But for free subscribers, they have mentioned that if the files are not downloaded at alternative times, then they will delete it, without giving you any notice or so.

    Is login is required for free users for saving the files from expiration for every 2 months?

    what is meaning of sentence "if the files are not downloaded at alternative times, then they will delete it"

    What i meant to say was, if your uploaded file is unused or kept as it is on the media file server without people downloading it or either if the same uploaded file is not of any use anymore then the people who work/own mediafile website will delete the uploaded file without even notifying you. This is the drawback of uploading file with free account. Either ways, why dont you use google drive, which gives you 5gb of storage approx., which is more than enough to store any kind of data, i guess.
