What is new in SeaMonkey 2.11 Beta 5

I have heard that SeaMonkey 2.11 Beta 5 has been released and is available for download as well. I have not yet tried it out and I just wanted to know that’s what new in SeaMonkey 2.11 Beta 5?? Which are the major improvement that has been done?? Is there anyone who has an idea about all this and can share it with me?

Compared to SeaMonkey 2.10 there has been some changes in SeaMonkey 2.11 Beta 5 and they are as followed:

• A click-to-play option for plugin has been implemented.
• Stability issues has been fixed
• Pointer Lock API has been implemented
• New text-transform as well as font-variant CSS improvements has been made
• To prevent display from sleeping another API has been implemented.

I wanted to add that You won’t be able to migrate from SeaMonkey 1.x or Mozilla 1.x so make sure that your system is meeting the below requirement:

Yes the Extensions installed under SeaMonkey 1.x won’t get migrated to SeaMonkey 2 as there have been a number of changes in SeaMonkey 2 architecture. You can get the Extensions and Themes for SeaMonkey 2.11 Beta 5 from here.
