Doubt on Hulu Plust US $25 Outside US Prepaid Card

I had a bit doubt on Hulu Plus account cards. I had seen a site offering Hulu+ account prepaid card for $25. has anyone used this. I had not yet bought them but really curious to get one. Does this work for both new or existing hulu account. Spending $25 blindly on a offer does not really looks proper. I had not seen the same offer on any other site. What about Hulu. I had read a short product description on the same which I am posting here. As Hulu has a great market share outside us also, so this might be offer for those. I had seen some user mentioned in comments that they had tested this out and it worked fine. It looks a good way to save money for those who own a Hulu account.

That looks a bit very complicated. I am able to understand to subscribe the same first I need to pay for the card, then I need to provide a US address and all in all a additional vpn service also. This makes this process more complicated isn't it. Right now the best thing I will do is contact my friend him US ask him to play the subscription and access it. This card can be a good alternative but it is not easier for everyone to go for all those stuff and get it activated.
