How to export bookmarks from Firefox in Android phone to PC

I am regular user of Mozilla Firefox. I use to browse internet on my PC. I also use its android version on my phone. Recently I formatted my PC and during that I lost all my bookmarks in PC. I have some of them on my android phone. So to avoid this in future is there any way I can synchronize bookmarks in Mozilla Firefox on both Android phone and on PC.

Yes; you can synchronize the bookmarks between Android phone and PC. You can synchronize the bookmarks android phone to search for bookmarks that are saved on PC using e-mail. Following are the steps to achieve it,
1) In preferences tab of Firefox, find ‘Sync’ tab.
2) Select ‘Set up Firefox Sync’ & create a new account.
3) Give e-mail ID & Password, accept the terms of services and Privacy policy’.
4) Enter the text given in Captcha to prove that you are not a bot.
5) Then a ‘synchronizing’ message will be displayed followed by ‘sync done’.
Now your Firefox is synchronized for PC and android phone.
