How to stop opening PDF files automatically with Google Docs

I am using Opera 11.00 in my computer and I have windows Vista operating system. Now problem is whenever I click on PDF file link at that time it opens with Google docs which is very irritating for me. Now please tell me what I should do to stop this?

As far as I know this problem occurs because of the Google Docs Viewer extension in Opera and that is why I would like to tell you that if you have installed Google Docs Viewer extension in Opera browser then you have to first disable it and then you have to restart Opera browser and then your problem get solved.

Yes Google Docs Viewer extension in Opera can also cause this problem.

• You have to first open opera browser.
• After that you have to go to the manage extension by pressing ctrl +shift + E
• Now you have to click on disable button of Google Docs Viewer
• After that close Opera and open it again.

Now you have to check whether all the things are working properly or not?

If above solution does not help you to solve this problem then you have to disable Google products in opera and then you have to check whether same problem is occurring or not? As far as I know after trying this solution your problem will get solved. If you need any more help then let me know.

If you dont know about hoe to disable Google products then you have to try this steps. First you have to type opera:plugins in opera address bar and then hit enter key. now after that you have to disable Google products and then restart Opera. I hope it will be helpful for you.

After referring your suggestion I have first tried to solve this problem by disabling Google Doc viewer from opera but that does not help me to solve this problem. now after that I have also tried to solve this problem by disabling Google products but problem still occurs. Now please tell me what should I do to solve this problem?

Well you should open opera browser and then you have to go to the Tools and after that you have to click on advance option. now after that you have to go to the extension and double click on PDF and then you have to click on "show download dialog". After doing that you have to also disable Google Doc viewer also and then your problem might get solved.

Well have to try to solve this problem by JavaScript In Opera browser? If you have not tried then you have to press F12 key after opening the Opera browser and then you have ton uncheck “Enable JavaScript” option and then see whether it makes any difference or not?
