Currently my iMac running snow leopard 10.6.8 installed with Safari 5.1 and flash v10.3.181.14. Three is a unique problem with the flash textinput. Seems like there I am not able to input any text. How could be this?

I also created a SWF with a contact form. With Explorer, Firefox and Opera, there are no problems, but if I want something with Safari in a text field, there is no response - not an input is possible?
I know that the option wmode = transparent Flash movie in the Integration of an HTML page example assumes no @ sign and the function elsewhere is very buggy. I would check first. Then I would try the movie times on swfobject embed. I would just have a keyboard listener in Flash I write and implement the keystrokes in a text field in Flash. Then you see that the entries ever arrive at the Flash movie or whether the text field to it, "fault" is.
Embed your application via the SWFObject script in your HTML page. This should solve a lot of problems already. If the problem persists in textinput on your safari. What should checker wmode is set by default in your HTML page.
