Choppy scrolling of Safari 5.1 on Mac OS X 10.6.8

Well I am having Mac OS X 10.6.8 on which I have installed Safari 5.1. Noticed that Scrolling seems to be quite choppy. Due to this I am not able to make use of browser? I am waiting for the prompt replies of yours. Thanks a lot in advance.

You should launch Safari into debug mode. You have to copy paste below mentioned code on terminal.
    Code:
    defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeInternalDebugMenu 1
now restart safari and go for Use Multi-process Windows from the Debug mode.

After that you have to hide debug menu and launch Terminal and copy paste following command on terminal and restart Safari on your system.
    Code:
    defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeInternalDebugMenu 0

Make sure that you have installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player on your browser. Also try with toggle Flash hardware acceleration and see whether it is working or not.

For the sake of try I recommend that you should remove Safari preferences and caches.
    1. You have to go for Home and after that go for Library and go for Preferences.
    2. Now delete delete com.apple.safari.rss.plist and com.apple.safari.plist.
    3. Go back to Library and go for Caches and delete labeled com.apple.safari.
    4. Now restart the browser and see whether it is working or not.

I was searching on internet and found Mac OS X v10.6.3 v1.1 Update. You should download it from the official site and install the same on the computer. could be the issue with the browser itself better you should contact technical support team and ask them about further help.
