Multiple redirect and audio ads popups on my screen

I have a windows 7 based system and when i simply try to access internet explorer browser, i found that there is some kind of problem presents on it. When i start video streaming on it, Google redirect with audio ads on screen. ALso one of the interesting things here is that the IE blocks some times but still video streaming continued in the background. WHen i try to access task manager at this situations, i never able to do that. Only solutions i need is restart my system. I used antimalware and TDSSKiller type of tools to detect the existing virus on my system but it can't work. What should be necessary for me to fix this complicated problem. I hope I can get some help soon. Thanks for any such help.

In that situations, you can just Download aswMBR program on your system and run it as administrator. It ask you that question "Would you like to download latest Avast! virus definitions?". Then click on "Yes" option. Then hit the "Scan" option in the next pop up message. It start scanning. Yes, i experience with this Combofix program. its better to run this program with the system Safe Mode. Then start your system in safe mode. After that simply run installed Combofix program for detecting and removing the spyware and malware files that present inside the hard disk. It well for scanning point of view. Also one thing sure here is that never rename Combofix file. Also close all the browser before start scanning process. It necessary for avoiding any actions during such system scanning. It better for avoiding any problem on system.
