Getting "DNS lookup failed" error message on Google Chrome

Hello i have installed the Google Chrome on my system. Everything on the system is working fine. There is no issue. Recently when I open some website on Google Chrome I am getting a error message. This message is now constantly coming on each site I open. I am getting DNS lookup failed error on the screen. I am not sure why this error keeps on appearing. My internet looks working fine and there is no problem with connectivity. Can anyone help me to fix the issue.

I had got the same issue some time ago. To fix the same I had turned off the firewall. The issue is resolved. There is no problem now. You might also have to do the same thing to fix the issue. You can try disabling the firewall and check back. This would be enough to fix the issue.

Just try to run the following command on your system and then check back the issue. You have to launch cmd to run the following commands
    ipconfig /flushdns
    net stop "dns client"
    net start "dns client"
Now once you done reboot the system.

This error indicates that the URL you had entered is not valid. You have to check the website address properly. Or else you will keep on getting the problem. This error can have many causes. Just verify that the URL is entered correctly. Or sometime it is possible that the server of site is not enabled. You can find that by running a ping command for the site IP. Sometime there is a huge traffic on the site that also cause the same kind of problem.
