How to remove ChatVibes toolbar from Mozilla Firefox

Yesterday, i was accessing the Internet on Mozilla Firefox browser to open the Facebook. As I opened the site I got a request of a ChatVibes Social Video Chat toolbar from my friend. I accepted this and installed the plugin. Now, the problem is that whenever I start the Firefox browser, I have to turn-off this toolbar and this annoys me very much. I tried too much but was unable to remove this plugin.Can anyone tell tell me how to remove this non-sense plugin from the Firefox ? Any suggestions?

I had the same problem dude. I was able to remove the ChatVibes toolbar from my Mozilla Firefox successfully. Follow these steps:-

• Open Mozilla Firefox.
• Select Tools option.
• Select Add-ons.
• Click on the ChatVibes toolbar and Select Remove.

Yeah, Thanks for that suggestion but, the problem is that I am not able to see any Add-ons listed in the Mozilla Firefox Browser. I there any other alternative to solve this problem? Could anyone help me? Thank you in advance for the answers….

Yes, there is another way which I have done to remove this stupid plugin from my computer.

• Go to the Start.
• Select Control Panel .
• Double click on the Add/Remove Programs and look for ChatVibes Folder.
• Right click on the ChatVibes Folder and select Un-install option.

I have the same problem guys. I even searched in the Add/ Remove programs but couldn’t find the ChatVibes Folder. This toolbar has really become a head-ache for me now. Somehow, I need to remove this plugin anyhow. But how? A proper solution would really be appreciated and helpful…

I have seen on many forums there is a discussion on this topic. Don’t worry I will try to help you in solving this problem. I will tell you what i have did to remove this toolbar. I have opened the Program Files Folder from the C drive of my Computer. Then I deleted the “Browser Companion” file from that folder. Later, I un-installed my Firefox Browser and installed the Browser again. The result was that the ChatVibes was thrown away from my System. You can try this method to get rid-off from the ChatVibes.
