Disadvantages of supercomputers?

As going through it I don’t know much about the supercomputers. So can anyone from here can tell me what is supercomputer? And what are the disadvantages of the supercomputers.

So does some one over here have the knowledge about this. so that I can get the idea for this.

According to me supercomputers are the thing which can speedily calculate any of the calculations, specially it is used in the quantum physics, whether forecast , scientific calculation and many more things in short it is used in doing the complex calculations.

As I know about the supercomputer but would like to know what is the disadvantages of the supercomputer as what I see is the only advantages in the supercomputer.

So anyone having idea of what are the disadvantages of the supercomputer.

Disadvantages of the Supercomputers :-

• It will not fit in your bedroom or any of your home space
• It is only used in the large organization, as the cost of this is really high than the normal computers.
• It is mainly built after seeking the government permissions.
• It takes the minimum a year to fully functional the supercomputers

I think the building the supercomputers in not an easy task. as it requires more money, more resources and and consumes more time. so I think it is really hard task to build the supercomputers.
