Flash player keeps crashing on Google Chrome 16

hello i have installed the new Google Chrome 16 on mine windows XP operating system. everything on the system working fine without any issue and last night while working on the Google Chrome 16 i have found that mine Flash player keeps crashing and now i am not able to do anything related to Flash player on mine system. now i don't how to solve this issue, can anyone suggest on this issue and so that i can solve mine issue.
