Scrollbar missing from the internet explorer 9

In my computer I am using internet explorer 9 browsers. Now suddenly scroll bar from internet explorer 9 has disappeared. i don’t know what went wrong but this problem is really irritating for me. If anyone has solution regarding this problem then please let me know. Any help will be appreciated.

Well I have read your problem and first thing I would like to tell you is this problem has started after installing any add-ons in your internet explorer 9 or it has started suddenly. If it has started after installing any add-ons then I will suggest you to disable that add-on and afetr that checkl whether it makes any difference or not.

After referring your solution I have first tried to solve this issue by disabling the add-ons in my internet explorer 9 but that doesn’t make any difference. Now after that I have reset the internet explorer browser and after resetting the internet explorer browser scrollbar appears again properly. Now some time in my browser whenever I try to load any sites with the flash contents at that time it gets crashed. Please tell me how to fix this issue.

You have mentioned that while loading the page with the flash contents in internet explorer 9 browser you are facing problem and first thing I would like to ask you is this problem occurs while loading any particular web site of same problem occurs while loading any web page with the flash contacts.
