Not getting ringtone when someone call on skype

in my computer I have installed Skype messenger which I have installed to do voice calls with my friends. now problem is whenever I normally get call on my Skype messenger at that I was able to hear the ringtone but suddenly it has stopped ringing. Now whenever I get call at that time it does not ring. Please tell me how to fix this issue?

when I have open the Skype setting in my computer and then select the audio setting at that time all the setting was proper there and I have also check the sound setting in my system but after that also I was getting the same problem . now after that I have also tried many tricks to fix this issue but none of the tricks worked for me.

In my system I am also using Skype messenger and I was also having the same problem and after that I have searched the solution on the internet and after spending many hours on the internet I came to know that by rest the Skype settings to default this type of problem can get solved. after that I have also tried the same solution and after resetting the Skype setting to default my problem get solved.

To set the Skype setting to defaults you have to do these steps.

• Open the Skype.
• Go to the tools.
• Select the options.
• Then select the general setting
