Zoom ADSL X6 VS Smart RG SR300N

I have a Davis Weather Station Vantage Pro2 that needs to be hooked up to the internet. This weather station is in a remote area where no cables will be situated. I was wondering which device can be used with battery that will allow my weather station to have a stable access to the wireless internet: Zoom ADSL X6 or Smart RG SR300N. Kindly let me know what each would do, and how they work for my needs.

Re: Zoom ADSL X6 VS Smart RG SR300N

Zoom ADSL X6 5590 is a low cost broadband router with integral ADSL modem and basic wireless access point where else the SR300N DSL Gateway provides high performance and flexibility for broadband and IPTV subscribers. It combines a full-rate ADSL modem with a wireless access point using the latest 802.11n WiFi technology. And if you want something that runs on battery then get a Edimax 3G-6210n that is a wireless 3G Portable Router with Battery. It has a built in rechargeable li-ion battery and with it, user can access Internet wirelessly via 3G modem card up to 1.5 hours.

Thanks for you input. My Service provider suggested the SR300 as well! How exactly will this work with my weather station? Will it allow my station to automatically detect the internet, or would my service provider need to do something for the data to be fed to the internet. Im somewhat lost. Or Perhaps I need to demand a meeting with them...deadline need to be met!!!
