How do I disable Google Instant permanently?

I am wondering for the method by which I will be able to disable the Google Instant from the google toolbar permanently. Can you tell me that how can this be done? I have tried with all the possible solutions for this but that was not working for me. Thank you in advance for replying to this.

To disable the Google Instant, you will have to go through the steps below.

1. First of all download the UAContol 0.1.2.1 from Get Add-Ons.
2. Install and restart the browse and then go to Tools > UAControl Options.
3. Click on the Add Site.
4. Within the Site box, you will have to type "www.google.com"
5. Click on Custom Bubble and after that type something similar to what I did : "I have Google Instant - Please Turn Off by Default"
6. Save this by with OK. That’s all. Basically for Google, Firefox reports the user agent string to be “I have Google Instant...."

There is no need to go through the long steps that are given above. In place of that, you can directly go to the Google Search Preferences and then scroll to the bottom and you will get one of the options as “Instant Search”. Choose the option for the “Do not use Google Instant” and then save the Preferences. This will do the work for you.

I don’t think that this is possible to do as I have tried almost all the possible things for his but that was not working for me.
