problem with my xperia play data connection

Hi, am using the experia play with android os it works alright but there seems to be a problem with the network data connection. I am able to use the phone's browser with the network data connection but other applications such as facebook whatsapp etc that require network data connection does not work.
It always says unabe to establish connection, make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.
can anyone help me out because I really like this phone.

Did you try to just restart the xperia play phone without the SIM card, and after that connect it to some WiFi network, so you can login to your Google Account. It will log you into the account, and then you can put the SIM card back. There seems to be one other alternative which involves deleting some files in /data/data, but that would just corrupt the file system if it isnt done properly.

No I havn't try that but I would like to know about this other alternative

Hi friend, first of all you should start a new thread if you have any new query. As you can see this is about Sony Experia Play and and not about any china mobile. Mods may delete such posts.

Anyways, few china mobiles supports java and few supports nes games. And many china mobiles doesn't supports any of them,means you cannot install any external app/game. So if java is not working try installing some NES games and see if it works. for more info, see this: How to install .NES games in China Mobile - Step by Step
