Unable to remove Babylon homepage on web browser

Hello I am using the windows XP operating system on mine system and I have also installed the internet explorer and Firefox on mine system. Everything on the system working fine without any issue but I have small issue on mine web browser and that when I open the any browser I get the Babylon as home page and I have also find the mine we browser has been installed the toolbar. Now I don’t how to remove the Babylon toolbar and also Babylon home page. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so that I can solve mien issue.

Stop babylon.exe from starting when Windows starts and after that let me know the issue. to do this you need to open the clean boot windows. Go to the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the run. Now on the run type msconfig and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the system configure utility and under that locate to the startup tab. Now on the startup tab locate to the babylon.exe and after that make check mark on that and then make click on the ok button and after that reboot the system.

Go through the below steps and after that your able to solve the issue. To do this makes click on the start icon on the desktop and after that click on the run. Now on the run type appwiz.cpl and after that hit the enter. Now you will get the windows and under that locate to the Babylon Toolbar and then make click on this and after that uninstall it. Now once you finish this and after that restart the system.

As you said that browser have been infected by the Babylon virus and the Babylon toolbar will locate at the add-ons and so therefore I would like to suggest you the following steps to remove the Babylon toolbar. First open the internet explorer and under that go to the internet options. Now on the internet options go to the programs and under that click on the Manage add-ons. Now on the Manage add-ons click on the show all Manage add-ons and after that locate to the Babylon toolbar and after that uninstall it.

Try uninstalling the browser and after you install the again. To do these click the start and after you click the control panel. Now in the Control Panel go to the Program Add / Remove and that are located on the browser you have installed and then you click and select uninstall. Now, once the uninstall is complete and after you reboot the system again and install the browser you want.
