restore deleted movies in utorrent

i deleted the downloads from the u torrent and i want to restore the movie, how can i get that back?

What option did you choose for deleting the movies from the utorrent client? Did you choose delete torrent only or did you choose delete torrent + data? If you had chosen delete torrent only then the movie that is downloaded would be easily found by a windows search, but if you had chosen delete torrent + data then the movies would be also deleted and there is no way to recover it, unless and untill it is there in the recycle bin.
