Zoom panel is missing from the internet explorer 7?

I have purchased a laptop of dell since two weeks ago and now I am having the internet connection of Airtel and I think that the Airtel internet service provider is the best provider I have even used. I think that the Airtel internet service provider is the leading internet service provider in Mumbai. In my laptop I have installed the internet explorer 7 in that and some problem is occurring in my internet explorer 7. And the problem is that the zoom panel is missing and it is not getting to me please help me in solving the problem. Thanking all in advanced for helping me and giving me the suggestions.

I would like to recommend you that the reason you are not seeing the zoom panel is because the zoom panel is located in the status bar but I think that the status bar is not enabled. I think that if you want to enable the status bar you should follow the following steps:
First off all press the Alt key and then after pressing the Alt key you will find the file menu.
And then click on the view and then check the status bar.
And then click on the zoom functionality and then you will see in the zoom in the lower right corner below the horizontal line.
