Why my PC is sending emails from old account?

I have purchased a computer since few weeks ago and I have a problem regarding the computer. I have an email account on the Gmail and the account is creating the problem and the problem is that I have changed my entire password and cancelled the Gmail account and I made the new account but in this case the old account is still there and it is not cancelling. To solve the problem I scan the whole computer but virus was not found and the antivirus doesn’t help me. So please help me in solving the problem. Thanks in advanced for helping me and giving your suggestions.

And the second option is that click on your name to the top right hand corner and then click on the setting on the left pane account and then you will see an email and password click on the email and password and click the blue link and then you can change your account.
