How can we make web sharing in windows 7 OS?

Hello, I had purchased the laptop in the last month. The configurations of this laptop is to be the Intel core i7 processor with 500GB Hard Disk and 4GB DDR3 RAM. I had installed the windows 7 64 bit versions of the operating system on this laptop. It works really great and the speed provides by this OS is to be very high. I had connected this OS to the internet. Now, I want to make web sharing in this windows 7 OS but I don’t know it could be done. I had done it on the windows XP but not in windows 7. Please help me for web sharing specific folder in the windows 7 OS. Any help will be appreciates.
